At Lima Villa, you will have a unique experience to share with your guests during your time in Florida. You will always have something to do directly from the comfort of your vacation home.
Downstairs, you will have access to a master bedroom with its own private bathroom and a queen bedroom to utilize on this main level. The upstairs loft features an in-home theater to immerse you in any show or movie. An air hockey table is also included for entertainment. Around the loft are an additional six bedrooms fit for each unique member of your group. You will see the bedroom 3 right next to stairs, it has one King bed with ensuite bathroom. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting Star Wars themed bedroom 4 and bedroom 5 with Frozen themed. Bedroom 6 has one Queen size bed. Bedroom 7 has Rocket themed. Bedroom 8, is a ensuite bedroom with King size bed.
When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Windsor at Westside Resort features resort amenities such as a lazy river and a huge pool. You will also find a fitness center, basketball court, volleyball, tennis courts, and game room.
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.

Beyond beautiful home for your family

The house was beyond beautiful and extremely clean. You have everything on one spot. We spent most of our days in the house enjoying the pool and games. Make sure you request a grill ahead if you plan on using it. We couldn’t find anything last min so we ended up purchasing one ��

With the holiday week, grills can be a bit difficult to find for rentals at the last-minute, but we do have vendors that we highly recommend when planning in advance for any items you may need for future visits! Great property for our stay

Property was as described and advertised. Plenty of room throughout for our large group. It was clean(pool cleaner even slipped in and cleaned the pool during our stay). Things do show wear just as an average hotel room would. Garbage pick up daily off from curb. Parking for 4 cars(2 in the garage 2 in driveway). Kitchen was fully stocked for a large group of people. During the week the community was peaceful. The weekend was crazy. People were parking everywhere: at one point we couldn’t get down the road due to the parked cars. Huge safety concern especially for young children, and emergency vehicles. The management needs to get it under control before something serious happens. The outdoor noise level definitely increased over the weekend however while inside the house it did not impact us. The hot tub was great the pool had a mechanical failure which prevented it from heating properly a tad bit cold however still usable. Management was professionally addressing the issue, was not repaired within the 5 days we were there. The resort area pool was great for the kids. Overall the house was as expected. It worked out great for us we would do it again.

Great Value
This is a great home. One neighbor can be loud playing her gospel music which we didn’t mind but I can see where others might. The check in and check out process was very easy. The internet wasn’t the best but I think that had more to do with the area. The street can be very busy but if you follow the rules and park in the garage or drive your fine. The house was clean, I did not look under beds or on top of refrigerators. The pool was heated and the hot tub is nice.

A Month Away from Home

We had an 8 bedroom villa (Lima Villa) in the Windsor at Westside resort. It was very nice and generally quiet except for a couple of weekend nights when there were a few parties down the block. It was perfect for our adult children and their kids because of the location to shopping, restaurants and Disney. While we had a pool, we also used the Windsor club pool because it had a slide and lazy river. All and all we had a great time.

Great Stay!!!

Hello! My Family And I Sooo Enjoyed staying in your lovely home. Everything was just Great. The rooms, the theater, the pool, the coyote and the large black snake... Yesss! I said Coyote and Black Snake. While enjoying the pool and patio. There was a coyote roaming. Looking for food in the wooded area directly in the back of the home. As well as the snake ventured along the side of the pool/patio door area. Trying to find its way somewhere. So, to say the least. We had wild adventure at Lima Lol. We stayed outside most of the time and just enjoyed the home. Because my only Con would be is the Community Activities. We tried to enjoy the lazy river but upon arrival. It looked like a full blown COVID Convention. There were people Every Where. I mean no space to yourself. It was unbelievable! There was no 6ft. Distancing At All!!! No One had on a Face Mask. It was overall disappointing. But never the less. We overall enjoyed your property. Ohhh! One last Con, the parking is Horrible. Period!!! Cars Every Where. Would I stay again? Yesss, we would.
