Nice Villa is a high demand vacation home in Windsor at Westside. Relax and enjoy spending time with your family and friends at this wonderful home. The home is professionally decorated and offers 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

On the first floor you have a master suite with a king bed and and ensuite. There is also a half bath downstairs, next to the washer and dryer. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms. Room 2 has one Queen bed and ensuite. There is another master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and ensuite. Room 4 has one Queen bed. Room 5 has two twin beds. The Simba theme room has two twin beds. The little mermaid theme bedrooms has two single beds.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Windsor at Westside features resort amenities such as a 5,000 sq. ft clubhouse, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.

Family vacation

Our family has a wonderful time and stay.
I would suggest using the house number to get in and out of the gates instead of having to wait for security to have to open the gates... will reduce traffic.

Perfect home!

The home is beautiful and spacious. Customer service reps do everything in their power to make sure you are satisfied. I will definitely rent again next year.

2020 stay

Overall the home was great! There were a few things in the house that hadn’t been cared for in a while.
1- the dryer vent duct was not hooked up and just vented into the laundry room and it looked like it had been that way for a while with all the lint everywhere.
2- the toilet paper holders were coming out of the walls
3- the bathroom showers had small deposits of black mold at the shower door bases and grout at the floor areas.
4- the most urgent need was the king bed mattress upstairs in absolutely worn out as it has a 4’ circle indent.
5- the downstairs master bedroom door doesn’t lock
With those items addressed this place would be a 5 star across the board!

Great..... they need to be able to wash the out door pillows after each stay... the front door have a trash container and it should be be cleaned after every stay.

Resort-Style Living

In the time of a global pandemic, we opted to "quarantine" and socially distance ourselves by choosing a home that would allow enough space and entertainment for our group. On the first day, we noticed the fridge wasn't working at the right temperature and contacted Florida Spirits immediately. The lack of communication and no sense of urgency on their end was frustrating. Instead of maintaining our social distancing, we were forced to visit several gas stations and grocery stores multiple times during our trip to replace melting ice and spoiling food. This created unnecessary exposure to our families. We were also forced to spend more money than budgeted for. To experience all this unnecessary stress after paying thousands to escape stress is disappointing, to say the least.

Without this, it may have been a good experience. The house was in a great location. It also had the space to accommodate our group.

Family birthday vacation!!

Everything was absolutely amazing!! We stayed in Orlando for my sons 12th birthday and it was a great experience!!! The house was clean and was perfect! The only complaint i have is the tv in the livingroom was not working correctly and the cell reception was horrible. it will not work unless you have WIFI. Will definitely rent again.
