Prague Sunrise is a high-demand vacation home in Windsor at Westside. Relax and enjoy spending time with your family and friends at this wonderful home. The home is professionally decorated, was recently updated, remodeled and offers 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
Free access to all Windsor at Westside Resort amenities including clubhouses & community pool / lazy river.
The home is professionally decorated, was recently updated, remodeled, new flooring on Master Ensuite, New Sun Loungers and more.
On the first floor you have a master suite with a king bed and ensuite. There is also a half bath downstairs, next to the laundry room with a washer and dryer. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms and gaming room. There is another master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and ensuite. Bedroom 3 - Mario Theme Room has one twin bed and one bunk bed with full bed down and twin bed up (Room Recently Renovated). Bedroom 4 - Minion Theme Room, has a bunk bed with one twin and one full bed. Bedroom 5 has one Queen bed. Bedroom 6 has one Queen Bed with a Modern Pink theme.
For added enjoyment upstairs, a pool table was recently added for a little friendly competition, and also an office desk with a chair.
When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Windsor at Westside features resort amenities such as a 5,000 sq. ft clubhouse, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop, and video arcade.
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.
*The BBQ grill is available for guests to use free of charge. However, if the propane runs out, it is the guest's responsibility to replace the tank.*

SUPER Happy to stay propert,The only dont like pool No Clean , No Heat wather. the customer service Excelent Ms Maria she super profesional.
Hi Jeronima. Thank you for your review. We did check what you mentioned and the pool was clean and it has a weekly clean service. In order for the pool water to be heated you have to pay for pool heat, as we do explain in all our information for the reservation and during the stay. Thank you again.

Perfect in every way - just book it!!

You couldn’t find a better house in this neighborhood. Literally the best pool, house and property - we drove around looking so we could know for next time and I would 100% stay here again.

April 6-13 stay
The house was great for our family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (after the hot tub was fixed on Tuesday) appreciated the linens and towels being provided. There was not enough spoons and no dish towels but everything else was well stocked. We truly enjoyed our week!

Wonderful Experience

Let me start by saying I would 100% stay at this property again. The home was very clean and had all of the essentials that we needed. There were plenty of towels, garbage bags and dish detergent to use for the week. We had 8 people in our party and the house provided more than enough space for. The check in and out process was very easy. My only regret was not requesting the pool be heated, but I won't make that mistake the next time!

Over all the house was clean however the carpets were very stained in the bedrooms and the upstairs. Give them a good cleaning and the house would be a five star. There was an issue with the jacuzzi that was addressed immediately . Otherwise very happy with our stay. My family would rent it again.

Orlando Vacation
Home was clean. The refrigerator was missing a handle to the freezer. Pool table was damaged which made it difficult to use. Carpet was clean. Could have been extra towels left for use. But this was a great place to stay. Pool was great and loved the layout of the home.

Ok place to say for low budget
Stayed at this property while catching spring trainging games. The houes is a good location and layout. But the pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures and the house needs a good cleaning and carpet replaced. I don't know that I would stay here again or for this rental company - seems a little more stingy than I would prefer and the neighboring rentals seemed better maintained.

Great stay!

Very comfortable home and extremely convenient for attractions in the area. Less than 30 minutes to Disney and Medieval Times. Plenty of shopping within the area and just a great location. The pool was perfect with the hot tub and the house sits where the sun isn’t so brutal in the patio area. Plenty of rooms for sleeping and the pool table was also fun. Really enjoyed our stay.

Over the years we’ve stayed at many Florida Spirit homes. Overall, this was a good experience. A couple of details getting into the home upon arrival but was resolved by talking to someone after hours. This home is nice but not as well stocked as others we have stayed at in the past.

Beautiful Home
Our stay was amazing. Very relaxing stay. Everything was so nice. The club house was great when we weren't at parks. One request would be the home needs some sort of cleaning supplies Mop,brom,vacuum would be nice.

Birthday Trip.

The vacation home was everything like the pictures. They even added a pool table upstairs that was a plus. For most parts it was clean just a few little hiccups here and there but overall I’ll highly recommend. The house was spacious. The rooms were nice.

Clean spacious rental

Clean & spacious. Pool & hot tub were great for a family of 10. Plenty of towels. Living room furniture not the best for this house & didn’t seat but a few. We had 10. Dining table seated 6 & velvety chairs aren’t great for a rental & kids at a dining table. Glass coffee tables either. Other houses we have rented were set up better to sit together.

The house is wonderful. Well furnished and comfortable beds. The Hospitality App does not have the correct location for this house. It is actually 45 minutes away from where it says it is. The check in process was a little odd and required going to a different location from the house but overall easy. The heated pool did not work when we first arrived and the company was unavailable on the weekend. When they were back on Monday they told us the heater was working fine but that it froze up because the temperature dropped below 65 degrees. I'm not sure how this can be however the pool and spa did warm up nicely for the last 2 days of our stay. The amenities at the property were wonderful and the kids had a great time.

Almost perfect stay
Front desk staff unprofessional however the staff in the corporate office great! Unit was nice however concerned about the cleanliness of the sheets. I have to Treasa the sheets for that reason. All activities that we were told we would have access to we were not available and no compensation for the unavailability. Just attitude from the front desk staff.
