This is the perfect home for a family vacation in Orlando, Florida! GARAGE IS OFF-LIMITS
Rivendell is ideally located in the Manor at West Haven, only a few minutes away from all the major Orlando attractions. The Champions Gate golf course (home of the David Ledbetter Academy) is two minutes away, plus Reunion and Providence world class golf courses are five minutes from the home. Grill provided at home. Guest is responsible for cleaning and propane tank.
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Wonderful Home

We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful home and highly recommend it. Spacious and kitchen equipped better than any home we have stayed in. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Jacuzzi didn’t heat one eve and the company came the next day to “reset” the power. Wonderful location and was very clean upon arrival. We already are looking to booking it next year. The only suggestion we have is to please have recycling available. Wish that was requirement for all Spirit homes.

The Best Rental House That I Have Ever Rented.
This was a wonderfull family vacation. The rental house was the best. We go on vacation each year and this one was perfect. No issues. Everything very clean and nice. For sure i would love to rent this house in the future.

Nice Place - Weird Rules

I have rented many homes in Florida over the years. The house was nice, spacious and clean. The rental company was a bit odd. They started prompting me to execute a rental agreement with terms that were not cosistant with what payments had been made. I ended up just ignoring it until the rental was paid for and that seemed to be ok, but they never resonded to my emails about this. A few days in someone from the rental company knocked on the door "because the sliding door to the pool was not locked" - this was during the day when we were using the pool. Made zero sense - we were supposed to lock ourselves out of the house while we were using the pool?? Very odd!

Beautiful home, very well kept and in a great location. We had a minor issue with the whirlpool that we need to contact the rental company about. They responded very quickly and it did not affect our stay at all. We would highly recommend Florida Spirit!

A wonderful stay
We had such a great experience here! This is our 4th time staying in Florida for Spring Break and this home is our favorite! It is very clean and large enough to host our large family. We love the location--close enough to Orlando for shopping, Universal etc... yet we could get away from it as well. We highly recommend this rental! Thanks for sharing your home!

Excellent Orlando Vacation!

This property met my expectations and found it to be exactly as promoted by Florida Spirit Vacation. It was very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. I recommend that the carpeting be cleaned. Thanks Florida Spirit Vacation for promptly coming to look at the pool as we had a concern that the pool had a leak - not so. You even came back to follow up. It gave us peace of mind and the team was so friendly.

Great Overall Experience

Our stay in your vacation home was wonderful. The house was in a great location and very clean. We did have to replace a battery in the smoke alarm to keep it from beeping continually; and the pool heat did not work the last few days of our stay which was a disappointment for all of us but especially the kids. The toilet in the Master suite would keep running after being flushed and my husband had to lift the lid to the tank and fix it. Otherwise, having the privacy and comfort of a home away from home was worth the expense! It made our vacation all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend it to others!
