Stay in SAWYER SUNSET and enjoy the luxuries of living in style. This home has a modern, contemporary feel but still is very inviting.
As you walk into the property you will find bedroom one to your right. This room has a large king sized bed in it with a large window that provides natural sunlight. The room has a TV that sits on a dresser across from the bed so you can watch your favorite shows. This bedroom has its own ensuite as well, that houses a sink, stand up shower and toilet. When you walk out of the bedroom into the hallway you are lead into the living area. Here you will find a living room (with flat screen TV), dining area (that comfortably seats 8) and the kitchen that utilizes an open concept with a large floating island ( that seats four). The kitchen also has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with kitchen utensils to make your meals on the go.
You can also access the pool area from the main level. As you walk out you immediately can tell how peaceful this house is. There is outside eating and there is its own private pool and spa.
When you walk up stairs, you will find the rest of the bedrooms. There is also an upstairs loft that is made into a living room, with comfy couches and a flat screen TV. Bedroom two upstairs is another master suite with a Queen-sized bed inside. The room also has an ensuite with dual sink, toilet and standup shower. Bedroom three is a Marvel room and is a big hit with the kids. This room has two twin beds. The last bedroom is the fourth bedroom decorated with the Disney Princess theme, and houses two twin beds.

Family Vacation 2024

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Sawyer Palm Place. We have visited Florida a number of times and stayed in a vacation home that was a gated community. The property was really nice and clean. We had an issue with the TV in the bonus room upstairs. We contacted Florida Spirit Vacation Homes and it was replaced the next day. We were pleased worth our stay and the promptness of the staff.

Our Covid Vacation at Disney

We had a great time, especially coming home to our rental home and being able to make our own dinner knowing we are safe. We got to relax by the pool with no one around us and made our lunch to bring to Disney and came out to the rental car to eat. Clean house and just feeling safe with not having to go out to eat. Not too far from Disney and didn't have to drive on I4 🙂

Tiempo en familia.

la casa es realmente hermosa,comoda ideal para nuestras necesidades una familia de 8 personas el area de la cocina excelente y sin duda alguna la piscina el lugar favorito de mis hijos creo el único inconveniente y es entendible era la piscina de la comunidad estaba cerrada por motivos del cov19 pero espero la próxima ves poder disfrutar de todo sin ninguna restricción sin duda alguna disfrute esta hermosa estadÃa.

Nice Value But Could Be Cleaner!
Nice home with plenty of space and a good price! Cons: Dryer vent was unplugged blowing lint everywhere, no water pressure in one of the upstairs bathrooms, flat pillows, air can’t be below 74 degrees so it’s warm in the house, bath towels/wash cloths had hair on them and so did the sheets which is gross. I would recommend renting from Florida Spirit Vacation Homes, just choose a different house.

Beautiful home in an amazing resort!
Beautiful home with tons of space, the resort had so much to offer than we spent many days there. Short drive to Disney. Many restaurants, pharmacies, and stores just up the street. We love that the home included heat for the pool as most homes in the area have an additional daily charge. The hot tub stays at pool temp until you turn the jets on, but it gets nice and hot within 30-45 min. The kitchen tap had a slow leak one day so I messaged the property manager and they responded quickly and were on site within a couple hours. We had a wonderful 3+ week stay and would return in a heartbeat!

5stars hands down great price, extraordinary customer service, very clean and spacious. Great quality cookware and beds and linen. I will only book through Florida Spirit Vacation homes every year we come back everything was excellent and I have not one complaint!!!

Sawyer Home Downfall

Horrible!!! I’ve been renting from this company over the past 12 years & this is the very first time I’ve ever experienced a stay like this. The pool was out of service upon our arrival & for the next 5 days of our 7 days stay. Such a disappointment to my grandchildren that spoiled everything; with the exception of the beauty of the home

Halloween Getaway

The house was very comfortable and spacious, would definitely stay there again. A few notes: 1. cushions on the outside furniture are stained should be replaced, 2. should consider putting garbage bins in the bathrooms, 3. At this time of year the pool is pretty cold, should advise the guests, 4. no clothes hangers throughout the home.

Great house just needs a few touches

The house was beautiful, spacious and clean, just as the pictures.
It is a new house so a few little things are missing. Here are my suggestions:
1. Put a garbage in the bathrooms
2. Put up blinds to the pool doors and something to the front door (anyone passing can see straight through the house)
3. There is nothing in the master bathroom to hold soap on. I suggest a shower stand and a hand rail.
Otherwise everything is perfect, the pool was amazing.
I would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great stay!
Hi,
Overall - the house and Solara resort was great. There is still construction in the resort, however not near the rental property. Location is close to 192 and near by restaurants and grocery stores.
The house is new, so clean and carpet is in great shape. There are still a few things possibly missing as it a new property. Some general comments:
- there is only one garbage bin located in the kitchen. It would be helpful to have waste bins in the bathrooms. (I would have to go downstairs to dispose of a piece of dental floss)
- there are lots of plastic plates and bowls for outdoor dining, however a lack of cups. We purchased some and left at the house.
- in previous rentals hairdryers are typically provided; keep in mind and as per amenities list they are not for this rental.
- Towels; there white bath towels provided. I would recommend supplying beach towels for the pool area and to bring back and forth to the clubhouse
- Lamps; there is one lamp located in downstairs living area. There are no lamps on nightstands in bedrooms. It would be a nice touch to have lamps in bedrooms.
- All windows have blinds except the main patio doors to pool area. The opening in the back aligns with a street light and as well with the main gate entrance. At night as cars go through the gate the lights shine in through the house. Recommend getting a blind or curtains for privacy.
Overall happy and would recommend. If above suggestions were incorporated rating would be higher.

Very nice rental

We really loved the house and accommodations. We ate at the clubhouse and enjoyed our meals. The pool and hot tub were great and used daily. I would suggest that there be some kind of temperature control for the hot tub because after 30 minutes it became to hot to sit in. The pool cement was pretty rough too, I ended up skinning my toes just moving around in it. The set temperature in the house was uncomfortable too, a few of us had a hard time getting comfortable because it was too hot inside. Other than that, we would definitely rent again.

Excellent vacation rental!

We enjoyed our stay very was a beautiful place..very spacious and clean..we had a few issues with the tv's and the management team came to fix them right away...loved the pool and hot tub very much...the water was heated and so warm !.. would definitely recommend to stay there!
