Tynlee is a beautiful vacation home located in sought-after Hampton Lakes community. This lovely home features two master bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. Both master bathrooms have separate tub and shower, and one of them features a garden-style tub.
There's an oversized pool and covered lanai for swimming or relaxing out of the sun, and patio furniture for sitting and lounging.
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Enjoyed Everyday

Our family stayed for a week in June and it was amazing. Plenty of room. Cleaned and we had every need in the house. We will definitely be booking again. Only thing I would change is the master bedrooms bed could be a little softener. But we will definitely be back soon.

Had a Very Good Time!!!
Great house, Clean, Air worked great even with auto temp rise overnight(what can you do). Well set up house and close to everything you want to do. I like a softer bed but to each is own. Overall I would recommend someone to stay there.

Perfect Vacation
The house was lovely, everthing we needed to have a great vacation, for 7 seniors.

My vacation home was breath taking... the home was just as the picture shows. In my opinion better in person. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to my family and friends. I felt at home the kids love the pool

everything in the house was excellent. only the neighbor acted in a bad way told us about things and threatened us with calling him the police, we were in the pool at 8:45 pm and he was screaming that if we did not make the call to the police silence. He is stingy because we went to have fun.

Great Escape From Cold Weather!

We were very pleased with Tynlee Manor. The home was clean, well stocked, and furnishings in very good condition. The pool was wonderful and seating around pool quite comfortable. Even though it was our first stay it felt like home away from home. Would definitely stay in this home again and will recommend it to others!

Great house in a quiet neigborhood!
The hose is even nicer in reality than presented in the pictures. It was very clean and had all the equipment that we needed. In the garage there was a high chair and a stroller which helped us a lot.
The swimming pool was also very clean and the heating was included in the price of rental which is pretty rare nowadays. The heater was really useful since the temperatures went pretty low during the night.
Internet and TV connections were great, The TVs in the rooms were the old style but to be realistic we barely used them so it did not bother us.
There was good communication with the management company.
Overall a great house perfectly fit for families with children.
If ever back to Orlando I will definitely try to rent the same property.

Nice & Clean House

My family and I absolutely loved this beautiful 4-bedroom house! I must say the property description and photos were accurate and I was very impressed when I arrived. The house appears to be well-maintained and was very clean including the pool and patio areas. The kitchen was spotless and furnished with every dish and utensils that we needed. I especially liked that most areas and items were labeled or have some sort of description or instructions i.e. the cupboards, light switches, etc. I had no issues whatsoever and would 100% choose this house as my vacation rental again. I would certainly recommend this house to anyone.

The success and enjoyment of our vacation began approximately
ten months ago with the search for the perfect spot. On line communication about Tynlee and how to book made process easy as well as building confidence in our choice. The home was a replica of what we signed up for. Carpets were cleaned prior to our stay which was very important to us. The house was very clean, kitchen well supplied with every dish and utensil required. The labelling of items in cupboards show the attentiveness of owners. Emergency numbers were provided and very visible. The pool area was like a bit of heaven.Lots of seating, very clean and maintained. An easy walk to play ground as posted. Home was very comfy..the perfect place to build memories. We would have enjoyed a coffee shop in walking distance but know that with all the building going on near Hampton Lakes there will be one next year. We thank the owners and Florida Spirit group for ensuring our stay and vacation rental was everything they promised.

Very nice place to stay. Good location for Disney.
Carpet needed a good cleaning and windows need cleaned, clocks need setting to correct time. Doors and bed squeak. This is a nice place, I would stay here again. Pool was great and warm.

The Enjoyment of being at Tynlee

I Enjoyed my stay at Tynlee.The rooms was nice and spacious.The Master bedroom was very nice Especially the bathroom.I enjoyed taking my bath in the garden tub .The swimming pool was very nice and clean.the patio furniture was very nice.I enjoyed laying out reading my book.This is a nice house to vacation in.I will do it again.
