Spring is in full bloom at Epcot’s annual International Flower & Garden Festival. While the grounds at Epcot are beautiful year round, this festival takes them to a whole new level. Held March 7^th through May 20^th, this special event will inspire you with nature at its finest. 

The newest member to the Orlando attraction scene is already expanding. LEGOLAND Florida, which just opened this past October, has announced the opening of its own water park this May, just in time for the summer rush. 

For the past eight years, the world’s top tri-athletes have been coming to Orlando to compete in the Ironman 70.3 hosted at Walt Disney World Resort. This year, however, the event is moving to a new location at beautiful Lake Eva Park near Haines City. The event, which takes place on May 20^th, will feature an exciting course and is still just minutes from Central Florida’s favorite attractions – the race site is only miles from the new LEGOLAND Theme park!

If you have a trip planned at the end of February in Orlando (or Anaheim, CA) you can celebrate leap year 2012 with 24 hours of magical fun with all of your favorite Disney characters. For the first time ever, Disney’s Magic Kingdom and Disneyland Park will keep their gates open to the public all day and night on February 29^th as part of a bi-coastal salute called “One More Disney Day.” Starting at 6 a.m. on February 29^th and continuing through the night until 6 a.m. on March 1, 2012 you and your family can enjoy uninterrupted Disney magic and fun.
